Asking for Father, Male, 58 years old, North nazimabad karachi

my father had a stroke last year october that effected his left side of body but he recovered using medicines suggested by neurologist (ascard,ruling,statA,neurogen) on Thursday he experienced a stroke again now it effected right body organs , speaking ability,maybe recongnizing as well.

Currently admitted in Patel hospital

doctors have suggested medicines and physiotherapy for regaining the control over body

I am posting it to get second opinion about case

moreover i want to ask that isn't there any medication/surgery or any other method other than physiotherapy which dissolves the clot in brain and simplify the case

physiotherapy is still needed, whatever the medical or surgical intervention is opted. Choice is based on type, site and size of the lesion. usually emoblic and thrombotic lesion are treated with thrombolytic drugs. hematoma might need surgery. But the is taken by neurosurgeon if it is operate- able or not.

Stroke is 2 types. one is where blood is clotted and the artey is blocked .Second is when there is rupture of artery.
Each one has different treatment.
The first one is to some extent treatable if patient is brought to hospital within 3 to 4.5 hour. A specific injection called tPA plus minus intervention is needed. Second one is treated mostly conservatively.
Now at this time, when few days are passed, these treatments do not work. so physio should be continued.
