Talk to Neuro Physician on Neck Pain
Asking for Self, Male, 25 years old, Kohat
I have pain in my neck due to which I feel mostly disturbed, bored and unsocial and have communication problems and prefer isolation . I have visited neuro physian in Peshawar named Manzoor Ahmad, He told me that I have some problem in cervical spine He prescribed me some medicines including Tab Pyrinol, Ceramin, Ufrain, Gabica etc I am using the medicines since 4 months but still I am feeling pain in my neck, my memory is weak, lost focus in study and mostly bored. Now what Should I do, Should I need to visit neurosurgeon for surgery or Should I need to continue this treatment with this neurophysician? I my self think that I need to skip this treatmen and should visit neurosurgeon for surgery. Please doctors give me better advice.

back aches are commonly due to alter posture and position of neck during work, posture during sleep.
muscles spasm n cervical vertebral alignment needs to be seen on Xray cervical spine AP+lateral
get your xray done and visit your doctor
mean while take tablet nuberol forte BD,one in morning one in evening for 10days.
wear cervical collar atleast 8hours per day.

I have done MRI of cervical spine and using the medicines but i am not feeling good. I donot think using such more medicines can help me remove pain. I did exercise of neck for two days but by exercise my pain became more severe so I skipped and also I don not think that cervical collar would help me relieve pain.

Dear i think no need to go for surgery just take homeopathic treatment and get rid of your problems permanently in couple of weeks

Then what i am doing with neurologist. I travelled long distance to visit neurophyscian to cure my disease. But you have made so much easy for me. Now i should visit homeopathic in our own city. again i am saying to you do not make money by misleading innocent people.

Walekum sallam. Sir there is no need of physhciatrist i am a neuro patient of curvical spine. I have already visited so many phychatrists but got no relieve from pain. Some psychiatrist which i have visited are; Iftekhar hussain shah of peshawar, atta ur rehman of kohat CMH, and Faisal Farid of Rawalpindi and many others.
