AoA sir mere neck and shoulers main takreeban 4 or 5 month se pain ho raha hai pain kabhi xyada ho jata hai pain or kabhi kam khabi 3 4 din main pain hi nhi hota pir pain dubra shuru ho jata hai 3 doctors se checkup krwaya hai muscles spasm and bones ki tablets use ki hai aur vitamin ki 2 months k lye koi farq nhi huwa hai Xray bhi krwaya hai cervical spinal ka wo bhi clear hai kindly bata sakte hai kya problm ho skta hai boht pareshan hu

baar baar neck main pain honay ka matlab hai kai ya to aap Kai muscle bar bar spasm main chalay jatay hain, ya aap ko cervical disc ki problem hai. aam tor par aisi condition main medicine kai saath physiotherapy bhi karwayi jati hai. aur zaroorat mahsoos ho to neck ka MRI scan bhi karwaya jata hai. Sahi decision kai liye aap ko dekhna aur muaaina karna zaroori hai. aap kisi Neurologist ko dikha dijye
