Talk to Neuro Physician on History Of Tightness Around Head And Depression

plz tag a neuro physician. i had a history of feeling tightness around my head and i was very depress that i was not even able to go outside my room due to fear and depression. i felt like my neck, head, eyes, nose, ears and face is tightened. it was like a pressure like someone is squeezing my head from inside. i also had severe depression. then i changed my environment i moved to saudi arabia. after that that feelings vanished away. now i dont feel any head pressure or anything at all. its been many months that i feel fine. but sometimes when i think about it i feel ear pressure for a few seconds but no head tightness or anything. am i fine?
