I had fungus in my sinus near my brain in my pregnancy!! i got operated after delivery it was very painful.. its been a year!! now im again getting those horrible headaches but when i got my CT Scan it was clear !! can anyone tell me whats the issue

U need to have MRI brain full study and MR spectroscopy.
To ruleout infection and SOL.
In CT scans u can't completely ruleout their presence..
