Salam Dr I’m mother of 3 MashaAllah all of them from c section younger one is 10 month old I’m suffering from postpartum depression now recover Alhamdullilah but I’m feeling fatigue all the time currently I’m taking seacal as multivitamins and when I stand or do some work I feel I can’t stand for long or may be I feel dizziness I’m breastfeeding mom 25 years old height 5.1 and weight is 88 Lost interest in all things just want to lay down my sleeping pattern is not good also plz tell me what to do I’m tired all of this thnx in advance
