I Have 1 year old tinnitus. Since 10Days im suferring from eyes pain and Eye vertigo. ( Aesa lag rha ankhon mein chakkar a rhe ) mostly in prayers timing n also while i go for sleep. Even when i closed my eyes i feel fast visual . please suggestion

you likely have positional vertigo that needs corrective positioning maneuvers... this can only be done in person with either ENT doctor, vestibular rehabilitation or a neurologist. the positioning maneuver is called Epley. this is just an opinion based on history. exam is needed. thanks
