My sister was born normal and healthy while she was 3months she was attacked during that condition her body starts vibrates and eyes pupil move upwards which in cause she become abnormal also her growth stopped and completely she is special child

Try to find peads neurologist or child neurologist in your town. If not available then adult neurologist.
