Thanks for sharing ur concern and sorry to hear about the constant pain that ur mother has. There are some important things missing in the reports. She is diabetic and her eGFR, UACR should be done to check for Diabetes related kidney damage. I am unable to see the location of pain through the picture that’s shared above. It would be good if u can book an online appointment so that further details about the pain and other symptoms can be gathered from the patient directly in order to provide better care. The above mentioned medications don’t have much role in relieving kidney pain. Hope this helps.

sorry to hear about your pain. i think its secondary to uncontrolled sugar levels that caused some ischemia.
the medicine you took will help you in decreasing your pain. i will suggest if possible make a consultation with nephrologist to properly understand your problem.
this you can easily do online also with us on this platform. thank you

Its not a muscular pain at all. She is having a urine infection which sometime proves difficult to treat with ordinary antibiotics in diabetic patients.
U can consult any nephrologist near you.
its a simple straightforward case. She will be fine after getting correct antibiotic.
