Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Multan
i have done 10 urine tests before after 6month i did urine examination test which shows protein is trace. then i went for blood test of kidneys they were normal. creatinine, blood urea all are normal so why urine report shower albumin trace. other wise my previous tests were normal.
Having protein in urine does not always related with kidney disease.
It can also occur in fever, after exercise.....etc.
May i ask u that why u need to perform urine tests multiple times?
Is there any specific reason? Or it just a routine checkup?
And do u have any condition like High blood pressure....Diabetes.....swelling on face and feel?
Have u ever checked it?

yes i m suffering from BP and i m not a diabetic patient and never swelling anywhere on body parts
Urine protein being positive or trace Needs evaluation. Is there history of diabetes or other med issues. Needs full history and evaluation.

Dr sahib history regarding tests and reports all are normal just facing acording to 3 doctors i m chronic prostatitis non bacterial patient. This is my history.
Gentleman, I really appreciate your co operation with the doctors and do have respect for your concern too, that is why i asked about the reason of your visits and multiple labs. Considering your concern about albumin in urine i asked for some other medical history....like u mentioned abt BP. So in this young age your BP and protein in urine needs evaluation.... but plz dont confuse this thing with your previous history and urinary complaints (right now i can not comment what is it? UTI or prostatitis (seems less likely), as it may or may not be something different from your current concern of albumin in urine.
That's why in my opinion your previous labs and their co-relation with your symptoms needs alteast a one time but detailed review, as obviously a problem that is bothering you since a long time must need a final solution.
