Talk to Nephrologist on Sludge In Gallbladder And Stone In Kidney
Asking for Mother, Female, 60 years old, Peshawar
My mother having 12mm sludge in gallbladder and 6mm stone in kidney . no pain just feels nausea and indigestion. My question is , Is surgery must in this condition ? or can b control with tablets because She is diabetic and she has this problem for few years , every year when she feels nausea or pain dr prescribed tablets from which she cured but next year she feels the same issue.

i think she must be evaluated for urine infection by doing urine dr and also her liver function test should be checked first.
As in diabetic pt urine infection and fatty liver are very common issues and can present like this.
Her ultrasound is not matching with her clinical picture at all.
