Talk to Nephrologist on Renal Colic
Asking For Someone else, Brother, Male, 32 Years old, gujrat
Assalamualaikum. My brother is suffered from acute renal colic . Doctor prescribed Spasfon Jcenac100mg . Urokit for pain relief. But it is not effective. Had also similar history in past . He also complain of severe chest discomfor that awakens him in night . He also had severe sore throat 3 week before that is relieved by antibiotics . Blood pressure also remains high . Had similar history of renal stones in past . And also suffer from recurrent sore throat .he had denture 15 year back .and in gujrat there is no nephrologist . Here is no doctor who tell us that what is reason behind all this .

Dear it seems that your brother has some inflammation in kidney. Need to be assessed properly. I recommend you to get online consultation.
Thanks well for recurrent sore please consult with ENT specialist as it might be Tonsilitis or sinusitis.
you didn't mention the patient age ? please do
ECG Chest Xray for chest discomfort.
For renal colic do Serum calcium, S. iPTH , if he has passed stone then do Renal stone Analysis for chemistry, Ultrasound for Kidneys , Ureter & Bladder. Urine R/E . 24 hour Urinery electrolytes are too expensive to do.
In the mean time take plenty of liquids so atleast 2 litre urine 24 hours can pass.
Continue with Potassium Citrate 1+1
Tab Tramal for pain
Tab Pyrodoxine 50 mg 1 daily
Avoid Tomatoes, Diarryprodycts , meat and green leaft vegetables & Rice
take plenty of citric fruits like lemons oranges grapes etc more in summer Avoid dehydration
