Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Stone, Pain In Lower Abdomen

A week ago i had experienced high pain in back side of my left kidney. It is noticed in an Ultrasound that there is concretion in my left kindey and 0.3mm calculus in right kidney. Medicines taking are citrosoda sachet 1 daily & SYP Lithiogon thrice a day. After a week again I have pain in my lower abdomen It is very difficult for me to find a comfort position during pain. Symptom is Pain in lower abdomen that comes in waves and fluctuates in intensity.

Well please repeat the ultrasound of kidneys ureter bladder & Xrays KUB urine R/E. RFTs Serum Uric acid
start Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg 1+1 for 5 days
Tab Neubral forte 1+1 for pain
follow up after these
Need a urine dr. Serum creatinine and CT KUB. If not allergic, you may use tab diclofenac sodium 50 mg for pain once or twice daily.
