Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Failure

I was diagnosed with renal pelvis puj obstruction (hydronephrosis) about 5-6 years ago when i have swear pain in my kidney. Doctors advised me to remove my kidney but unfortunately due to my other medical issues i couldn't done it. I've had nuclear renal scan and CT scan and all other tests.

So now i am looking for a experienced doctor in Rawalpindi/Islamabad who listen to me give me sometime so that i can discuss my position.
