Assalamu alaykum. Woman age 41 above. Height 5 feet 4.weight 71 kg... Have 2 children. Married 11 years ago. Have problem of frozen shoulder. 5 years ago I had surgery of neck due to thyroid. Kindly advise me in detail about diet, easy to do exercises possible at home for weight loss and muscular strength. Being a working woman with kids it's practically impossible for me to go for formal physio therapy sessions. I must mention here that I keep on getting urinary tract infections and skin allergies....
wassalam for weight loss reduce intake of bread and rice, take 2 meals breakfast and lunch at night use fruits.Walk for 20 minutes daily even if in the house
For frozen shoulder lift your frozen arm with the opposite hand several times a day Place both hands on the wall and climb up on the wall You may install a pulley and pull up the frozen shoulder with the opposite arm
Stop pain killers except for Tab Lalap 50mg at night and Panadol
Drink plenty of water and get urine test morning sample done with culture before treatment
In this scenario, one should take
Plenty of fluids
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Vit C, Vit D supplements
Good Sunlight exposure.
For weight loss, best exercise at home is walking and cycling.
For frozen shoulder, one should do cross body stretch, towel stretch, inward outwardly rotation.
