Several Issue Please Read

I Destroyed my health completely i have several issue .
-Weakness
-Gas
-Acidity
-constipation
-Headch
-Tinnitus
-Anxiety
-Teeth (Cavity)
-Memory lost
-Smelly mouth
-nervous system problem

Please suggest me what should i do ? How to get ridoff from these?

It's never too late to try being in good health
Take small steps

Early morning walk
Early breakfast Max by 8 am
Lunch n dinner not latest by 9 pm
Try avoiding fast foods n energy drinks n juices
Cut down on smoking if in a habit
Instead .
Fruits vegetables n roti of whole wheat
And most importantly surround yourself with positive people
Would advise you to go see a doctor inperson and it is important
If needed can provide u names of good consultants in Lahore
