Restlessness/fatigue/Nausea/weakness

Question

My mother is diabetic, BP, Thyroid &amp; Cholesterol patient. 
She is taking medicines regularly. But from past two months she is feeling so much down, pain in shoulders and fatigue... its happening from last 2 3 years but she used to take nubrol forte and she got fine for 2 3 months and then it happens again..but now from last 2 months its happening on daily basis.. she is feeling so much down, we consulted many doctors in past 2 months and every one gave multivitamins but unfortunately it didn\'t work.. she feeling weakness in body, pain un shoulders and back..she cant eat food from past 2 weeks and feel nausea everytime... i cant take her to hospital bcz of Covid 19.

the reason may be either  related to  diabetes in the form of diabetic neuropathy( Involvement of nerves) r the thyroid. and viatmin D deficiency also very common. kindly get her tests done that include HbA1c , S.urea , S creatinine, S vitamin D 3 levels, S. As per given history .It's important to know about her diabetic control.and thyroid status.Hba1C,TSH,Free T 4.ESR.B12 level.urine R/E.
I would like to see her medicine list before prescribing medications.
vitamin D replacement n maintenance dose would be needed.
