Aoa, I am sorry to know about your problem. Your symptoms are consistent with vitamin D deficiency at the moment but many other conditions can also cause similar symptoms.
The answer of your question that what causes vitamin D deficiency is that there are a number of causes;
Limited exposure to sunlight

Decrease intake of dairy products like milk yogurt etc

Increased intake of vegan diet not including poultry etc

Sometimes hereditary causes also exist

Now you have to see what is the cause in your case

Don’t worry this condition is very much treatable

Expose your skin to adequate sunlight (you can use sunscreen for that)

Increase dairy products intake.
Take fish and eggs.

You can start having;
Injection Indrop D one injection mixed in a glass of milk once a week for four weeks. These injections can be taken orally ( it means you can just drink them)

Moreover, start with Tablet Ossnate D once a day for a month.
I hope this treatment is going to resolve your symptoms. Please get your vitamin D levels repeated after one month.

Another blood test that I am interested in is
CK level (creatinine kinase)
Please feel free to share any other report or ask me any question on zero three three three five five eight two eight nine two (watsapp).
I wish you a healthy life ahead
Regards
Dr. Raza
