Talk to Internal Medicine on Frozen Shoulder With Extreme Pain,portion Of Solid Portion (gutliyan)

my mother is facing a serious pain in her right shoulder. She also has some hardness (which are normally referred to gitliyan in urdu). Movement of her hand is normal but not as complete as the other hand. Also She is also facing urine inflamation.

plz suggest me the relevant field of doctor to concern with for both issues

moreover she isn't able to go to clinic for some reason so kindly suggest female doctors who can visit her at home
