Talk to Internal Medicine on Constipation & Bumps Around The Walls Of Pelvic Area

My Phopo is aged and can not move I am nursing her for almost an year now. but for last one week she is constipated. Her diet is fine and i am a bit worried because of her age. We do try to keep her hygiene maintained but she is having some zit type bumps around the line/curves of her pelvic area and they are growing with time even more.I can not take her to hospital because its very difficult for me to carry her alone for checkup that is why i am posting here. I am very concerned for her health and have no idea what to do to cure her. She also has started to have some wounded type areas on her skin because she is lying all the time. She sits only for food. She is forgetting stuff as well though it can be an age factor but Its only me who is trying to take care of her and instead of her being healthy she is getting worse and developing so many complications.
