Chest Discomfort

Question

I feel discomfort in my chest from last 2 months. Sometimes its like tightness, sometimes its like heaviness. When i stand up straight i feel something is in chest. When i often prayer and in standing position i feel like heaviness in chest and when go for rakoo and sajda feel relax and i was gym going person and now because of fear i left gym. In last 2 months i had done 10-12 times ECG but nothing came up. I have done Echo as well that was normal too. Sometimes i think when i eat i feel heaviness and relief by poop. In last 2 months i every minute every second i always think about that i am a heart paitent or not. I am really confused about it. What the actual problem is. Sometimes i think its happening just cause of my over thoughts i am not understanding the situation. I am really worried about it. I always search about heart disease and symptoms on the Google and it makes me more worried. From last 7 8 months when i eat something heavy i am not able to burp easily. Burp comes u
