Check your BMI.
See if you are overweight.
Do you exercise or walk?
Avoid oily foods, fried foods and junk foods.
Brisk walk for 40 mins 5 to 6 times a week will normalize your bp in a couple of months. Since you are young, you can jog for about 20 to 30 mins during 40 mins walk time.
You are too young for high blood pressure need to check for secondary hypertension Secondary hypertension is high blood pressure caused by another condition or disease. Conditions that may cause secondary hypertension include kidney disease, adrenal disease, thyroid problems and obstructive sleep apnea.
