Respected Doctors. we have a male patient 34 years. he suffering from Anxiety, Depression, from 25 years , PTSD from 15 yrs, DMT2 & HTN from 10 years. well this patient is suffering from many different kinds of problems from various specialities and all of the problem mentioned here need to adressed very carefully. for DM, HTN morbid obesity seasonal allergy and asthma, physcian should be consulted. for depression anxiety and PTSD psychiatrist should be consulted

As he has multiple problems so sure need to be seen by multiple doctors .but the specialities that can really help him is psychiatrist and endocrinologist .If he can afford, I suggest go to shifa international and both are easily available.

His GURD seems to be secondary to morbid obesity so that can be easily managed if he looses weight and control his diabetes

Dr. Nighat Jamal. Thank you for your answers. with fresh labs, he has TSH 5.46. S. Testo level is 118. A1c 7.0 %. LDL 100. TG about 300, CBC is Okay. No diabetes complications yet.

Medical specialists can help him in diabetes and hypertension, but with so many complications and not knowing the status of thyroid specially so I again recommend endocrinologist .in fact he is very young

I think, the first matter to be addressed is his anxiety n depression, as this the root cause of his most of sufferings. I would suggest let the patient contact one of counselors here on this forum n then gradually address other issues. If the patient feels satisfied with online options that should not cost him much. If needed, he can contact me for his health issues, I will help him to my full capacity.

Thank you for your great response and kind words. I think the Patient needs MDT as you mentioned. in an ideal situation maybe he needs to admit somewhere in a hospital for 10 days or one week. but as per my info, the is the poorest and too lowest income while educated guy. so if we can find a Physician /Doctor in Rawalpindi Islamabad. we can guide him on humanitarian bases.
