my spleen is enlarged its size is about 152 mm. CBC show platelets count is 95 thousand. Is spleen enlarged due to fever and weakness ??? what are the causes of splenomagely ???

Greetings! The spleen does get enlarged sometimes in conditions with fever and weakness. But fever and weakness are not the cause of splenomegaly. They are symptoms caused by some infectious conditions which also lead to splenomegaly. There is a whole list of causes of splenomegaly of different types.
