There are two blood tests that can be done to find out if you are a hemophilia carrier.
A test for factor levels. People who have a low-normal Factor VIII or Factor IX level may be hemophilia carriers.
A genetic test. This test can confirm if either you or your child is a hemophilia carrier. For the most accurate genetic test, a male relative with hemophilia should have a genetic test to find the gene change in the family
thanks.
Its a good initiative. Haemophilia can be of two types A and B and factor 8 and factor 9 are lowered in them respectively. But in carrier states the factor levels are mostly borderline. Kindly first confirm your husband has which type of haemophilia.
Genetic testing will be accordingly but not much helpful for carriers.

You need to do a genetic mutation testing for Hemophilia. Moreover, it runs in families. If any of Male members of the family is having Hemophilia, you’d go for testing. Otherwise, no need.
