Common genetic blood disorders (e.g. sickle cell anemia and thalassemia and sickle cell anemia) and infectious diseases (e.g. hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and HIV/AIDS).
Premarital screening should be done
Hbsag, anti hcv and hcv or simply called viral profile
For thalassemia , hb electrophoresis is necessary for one you.
if test are normal , then no need to be worried
