I am 5th month pregnent.. hve one history of misscariage.. i am having white thick milky discharge with no smell and itching.. is it normal?

No most likely it’s due to vaginal infection so u better get treatment
If you are otherwise normal and the ultrasound report is normal, there is no need to worry. You are probably having a mild infection which needs treatment after proper examination .
