Talk to Gynecologist on Weakness And Mama Belly After First Baby

Asslam Alaikum I am mother and only caretaker of my 1 yr baby. I had normal delivery and was recovered soon. my gynaecologist gave me the calcium forte and iromose f. used that medicines for 1 month. from 6 months having pain in shoulders and arms. I feel so much fatigue and weakness.can I use these medicines again as baby also takes mf? also my baby was low lying so my belly didn't get flat? the case was done in April and the fan was in full speed.i am so worried.is my mama belly because of that? which multivitamins should I take before conceiving next so that mama and baby can go in good health.my diet is good. no medical issue in my first pregnancy and baby was also healthy Alhamdulilah.kindly guide best regards
