Get urinalysis and ultrasound KUB also check post void residual volume on ultrasound, any abnormal vaginal discharge ?if all Ok do her bladder training put Alarm every 2 hours and take her to toilet do this for one week than increase it to 2:30 hours for a week than for 3 hour’s in this way bladder will be trained
