The most important thing is to lose weight. Target weight 55-60 kg. Consult a dietician and join gym. This is crucial to increase chances of pregnancy.

Folic acid everyday. Keep trying to loose weight. Need to see a psychiatrist for her depression. If it can be managed by counselling or she might need medications as well. Her mental health is very important as this is alarming to me that she get depressed just to hear about the birth. Her husband must also attend with her as he would be the most important factor to keep her relaxed. It would enhance her chances of conception.
