Which diet or foods can kill the testosterone level in females. I’m pcos patient too. Which foods should not be taken to stop the testosterone level. Plz help I’m trying to conceive. I’m facing only spotting from last 7 days off n on. Feeling light cramps in both ovaries. All blood reports are clear. Can I take lezra to conceive?
