Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Islam abad

I'm 26 years old and unmarried. Since two weeks I suffer from recurrent vaginal bartholin cyst . Been treated with antibiotics multiple times, yet the condition returns in a month or two. I follow good hygiene but I can't understand why i have this issue. Its actually a small ball in the left lip of vaginal, almost painless.

How can I get relief from this problem? Sometimes, it gets better in a day or two after medicine (Augmentin) but most times it remains same.

Aoa
surgical removal is the only definite treatment as wth antibiotics it settles down temporarily-bartholin abcess is v painful and difficult to remove-bartholin gland is v small in size meant to produce lubrication fr vagina-it duct due to one reason or the other blocks wch cant b reopen by any means so secretions keep on accumulating and it enlarges to becum a cyst-in case of infection becums v painful and difficult to treat...so my advice is in favour of surgical removal...
