Talk to Gynecologist on Suddenly Tight And Dry Vagina

Hello doctor , i am 23 year old married for 4 year and have pcos , trying to conci3ve i had 3 cycle of clomid and 1 cycle for letrofoz and on day 12 lost ultrasound i took hcg trigger shot

Now the problem is since past month i am facing issue of vaginal dryness that may be due to hormonal injection but now after pwriods i am facing issue of vaginal dryness +vaginal tightness its impossible to penetrate

What may be the reason of it and how it can be treated ?
