Hello size of fibroids is very small and fibroids mostly causes excessive bleeding g not irregular bleeding.and for primulut n u have to take for complete 21 days and then stop for 7 days in which you will have bleeding.continue this course for 3 months and then report . Inshallah u will be better .sometimes after miscarriage u can have irregular periods.after 3 months inshallah cycle will be regular.if I have any quarries u can book online consultation
