Assalam o alaikum Doctr i am 1.5 years married having 3 times pregnency loss. First lost at two month by bleeding, secondly at two month DNC for no growth and for the third time i lost my twins pregnency in 6th month despite having cervical stitches. now i am 12 W 4 days pregnent again. kindly give me some best suggestion what should i do now. For God sake ??. now i dont want to loose my pregnency. here is TVS report of today 20-7-2021. i didnt got benifit from stitches already. now i want to carry it normally. please guide me how. Aoa your worry is understandable. 1st of all you take folic acid 5mg tablet daily. Calcium and vitamin D. Repeat your scan at 16 weeks for cervical length. Repeat your cbc, blood sugar fasting and urine complete examination. Have regular antenatal consultation in teaching hospital. IA everything will be fine. Thanks

Check ur weight and nutritional status.
Mainatain adequate bed rest. Don't travel a lot. In my knowledge u can start injection gravibinon and oral progesterone after gyne consult early during pregnancy to avoid miscarriage.
