Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Weakness

I am 9 weeks pregnant with a history of miscarriage. Last time i was expecting twins and it was a missed miscarriage at 7 weeks followed by a dnc. I became pregnant after 3 months. From the start of my pregnancy i am nit doing any house chores. I dont stand for long time or anything. Today i decided to cook food myself and just after 6-7 minutes of standing I started feeling weird. I feel weak and suffocated. My chest and shoulders starts hurting. And hands shiver. I feel like if i wont sit I’ll collapse. I also feel more transparent discharge During it. had this issue in my first pregnancy also. And this only happens when i stand for some time. Rest of the time i feel good and healthy. What can be the possible cause? My all tests and reports are normal. What shall i do in this situation?
