wthout invx no diagnosis is possible-bleeding in early pregnancy is sumtimes implantation bleed but it duznt last fr days+ it generally goes un noticed-u shud hv taken pre pregnancy councelling before u gt pregnant-anyways now tht u r already pregnant attend OBG clinic ASAP...fr fetal viability do two serum bhcg levels forty eight hours apart...fifty percent rise in the second bhcg levels ll in sha Allah confirm viability-as i dont knw the diagnosis so fr me advising a medicine is nt possible...
