Its my 34th week of pregnancy, m feeling a little pain in my belly button since da last 2/3 days, when ichek it i found a dry wound inside my belly button, just need to know if its sumthing to worry about, dis is my 1st pregnancy n a precious one, m also suffering from gestational daibeties, urgent rply is needed...regards
