dear for further confirmation get a serum beta hcg test done ..... consult a gynaecologist for further treatment and help to save the pregnancy

-urine Pregnancy test is not predictable in very Early pregnancy sometime do better to have blood pregnancy test ( serum beta hcg ) ,one urinalysis and urine culture .
- need detailed Evaluation for pain especially if beta hcg reports positive .
