In early pregnancy you can have this cramps type of feeling, get your base line investigations done, to rule out any infection or medical complaints, and have comfortable healthy routine. Keep your self well hydrated.
If your 1st pregnancy ends as missed miscarriage then also need progesterone lik e tab utrogestin 100mg 1 bd
yes it's normal due to gas and bloating
hormonal fluctuations
better to consult your gynecologist if u have. more cramps
Thanks you can do urine analysts nd take Duphaston twice daily for pain nd buscopan for pain
continue tab Duphuston twice daily

Just abdominal pain. No urine pain. I had urine infection one month back which was treated. Before my pregnancy. After that i did urine tests again but it was all clear. Ultrasound was normal with bpm 122 and 7mm. Only that my cramps have increased on right side and it’s sometimes too much
