I'm worried about pregnancy after total thyroidectomy . what should be done to have a healthy baby . I have heard so many negative things about pregnancy of thyroid patients . plz guide me .
don't worry...if your thyroid functions remain within range and u kee on using thyroxin.. then INsha'Allah u have healthy pregnancy..u have to visit your physician once in 3 months and get your TFts test done....
Keep on taking thyroxine tab. with its safest dose. Baby will be f9. Thyroxine z even needed fr pregnancy continuation as well.

You need to see an endocrinologist to readjust your thyroxine dose in pregnancy so as to maintain optimal levels. Also screen for antibodies may be required and detailed fetal echo for baby. Please schedule an appointment for detailed evaluation
Please get your Thyroid levels measured.
Your Pregnancy will be fine , provided it is measured in liason with an endocrinologist.
You need good routine care of pregnancy. Don’t worry too much. Any complication can be dealt with successfully. Have your TSH level every 1-2 months and keep it around 2.5.
Low TSH is not that dangerous as it is high TSH. So donot stop thyroxine.
Your tsh levels are very deranged according to the report. You need to be under cate of a gynaecologist and endocrinologist as soon as possible so that appropriate medications are started to minimise adverse risks of baby.
