Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Islamabad
Female, age 30, trying to conceive for 2nd baby (1st is 3 years old) 4 years after marriage.. Lmp is 31st dec 2020. Ultrasound on 15th Feb didn't show any sac but beta hcg was positive (around 1100). After almost a week, serum beta hcg was repeated but it turned out only 1400. What should be the next course of action? Is it possibly bcoz of ectopic pregnancy or is there still hope? Beta hcg reports are attached

two levels of bhcg done wth the gap of forty eight hours are conclusive of fetal viability...u can go fr serum progesterone level as well to confirm the viability or otherwise...repeat the scan...at fifteen hundred serum bhcg levels gestational sac is visible by TVS...decision about the TOP all depends on ur attending OBG management...
