I didnt vomit during 1st trimester. But in the second i always feel like vomiting and throw up whatever i eat. Is it fine? I have heard about vomit in 1st trimester rather than 2nd. Whats the reason

This may due to other associated conditions, eg high blood pressure, diabetes ( only time being may present in pregnancy).
Check your blood pressure, sugar and you may prescribed tab. Navidoxin by the Doctor.

It could also be possibly due to acid reflux as with pregnancy the hormone progesterone increases which affects the lower esophageal sphincter muscle leading to more reflux plus depending on the size of the baby pushing the stomach up although that happens more commonly in last trimester.
Check what is triggering the nausea - food, activity or stress.Any new medications?
