Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I am hypothyroid and pcos patient. I recently got my tsh, free thyroid, vit b12 and glucose fasting checked. Vit b12 was 348, FT4 was 1.29, TSH was 1.3 and glucose fasting was 90. Now I have just started taking iberet. Shall I wait one month before try to conceive or Its safe to get pregnant now? I am asking because I have merely taken 2 tablets of iberet yet and I read somewhere that atleast 2 months of iberet should be completed before getting pregnant
