Em 6th month pregnant....mjy nose bleeding ka issue 1st mnth sa hi strt hu gya tha...ab ent na ya drops dia h...is it save to use it untill my rest of pregnancy?? Picture attached

Use cold compress on the outside of nose if it bleeds
It is safe and effective but avoid using it for more than 2 weeks as it can lead to ulcers in nose. Also use steam to prevent nasal blockade and Vaseline or other petroleum jelly to prevent dryness of nose. As pregnancy causes dilatation of blood vessels you need to be careful and use these measures to avoid discomfort later.

Yes it is safe because it's absorbed locally systemic effect is quite low. So u can use it throughout ur pregnancy.also take precautions like avoiding excessive sneezing and hot baths...
