Hi I got married in March and got pregnant right after month in April then after 3 months of pregnancy I had a miscarriage and went through a d&c after that it’s been 4 months now and I’m kind of depressed I want a baby and want to conceive again please help me with it

Hi, I am 27years old un-married girl. I has abnormal bleeding between the periods on check ups found out its a polyp. I can also see a polyp in my vagina.
Want to ask is there any other way to remove/cure poly other than surgery???
Can this surgery be harmful for future? I mean can this cause problem after marriage??
