Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Spotting

My sister is 17 years school going student she always had regular periods but from febraruary she has period of 25th feb for 2 days then stop then again strt then stop now from 12th march she has spotting and back pain.. dctr give her transmine 250 mg 3times for five days albert and cal d fir 1 mont... now 5 days she has tken transmine but spotting not stop?? What should we do? Dctr is not available.
