My sister (unmarried) have a hormonal issue, last week she ended her period now after a week again she got periods again with severe pain. she also has a constipation issue. we have got chek up from dr. reports attached. please check and guide what she be done next, what test or medication required?

Dear share her all hormonal lab reports and if she is having any other gynaecology issue. without complete evaluation by doctor her further treatment not possible. So get her evaluation by visiting gynaecologist. tc
Her prolactin level is high. She needs Medical treatment for that. And further tests also. Other tests are pelvic ultrasound, serum FSH, LH, thyroid function tests. Testosterone level.

as being un marries i wont recommend Dian 35-infact many other medicines r available in market wth lesser side effects-
further she needs to hv detailed pelvic ultrasound commenting on ovarian volume,no of follicles in each ovary,CET etc-she needs to hv her hormonal profile done rigjt from her day 2 LH AND FSH...ALSO,prolactin,testosterone,thyroid profile,CP etc...consult an OBG infact...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...
