Hi, I have PCOS and my periods cycle is extremely disturbed too because of being obese. This complete month while peeing I saw maroonish strings in my pee and I thought my periods were about to start, but this happened for 6 days and no bleeding. Then after a few days I started to bleed and I bled for 12 days and the flow was very very heavy. After that ended I have white strings coming in my pee again and My Breast hurt insanely even the nipples are extremely hard and sore. I’m predibetic and trying to conceive as well.
