9m PP. Had PCOS before pregnancy but all tests are negative now. Now the issue is that I am not getting my period regularly even though I am NOT breastfeeding my bub. For the last three months, my period used to get delayed by a week every month. This month I did not get it at all. My date was 12th. I did a home test on 24th and then 28th but both came out negative. What to do to induce it? Pls help

- Dear many factors can Delay periods like stress ,hormonal imbalance ,sudden weight gain or weight loss ,hormonal intake Drugs / treatment ,illness etc .check fur these factors .
- Have Complete treatment for any health issue u have .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- try to have Exercise daily to maintain weight .
- if u have had irregular periods then better to have detailed Evaluation.
- if have history of unprotected sex then Check pregnancy status (by having serum beta hcg ,blood pregnancy test ) if positive have folic acid Regularly and report Symmptoms .
beta hcg if reports negative then have menstrual induction ,combined iral Contraceptive pills for 3 cycles to regulate periods and above precautions .
- if just stopped breast feeding body need some time to regulate periods but if stopped before then need practice above precautions and Evaluation .

u need to b examined and investigated properly-as first diagnosis fr missing periods in all cases in a sexually active female is pregnancy...so attend ur OBG Clinic...hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...
